Lifflander & Reich LLP is a well-established and innovative Litigation Boutique. We have substantial experience with bodily injury and property damage, including declaratory judgment actions and coverage opinions.
We take special pride in our ability to evaluate cases at their inception and work closely with our clients to determine the optimum strategy to bring them to successful resolution, taking into account such factors as venue, the parties, parties’ attorneys, the parties’ experts and, where applicable, treating physicians. This optimum strategy can range from early settlement to alternative dispute resolution (mediation and/or arbitration), motion practice, or trial and verdict.
